SALES

The Graco Redemption Center sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. No shipments can be made to PO, APO or FPO addresses.

 

SALES TO END USERS ONLY

The Graco Redemption Center ships products to end user customers only.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your Graco free order of tips or accessories and/or purchase of priced items, please call 1-800-690-2894 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund where payment for any item was made by credit card. The product must be returned to the Dealer Support Center warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

 

Please note that the Graco Redemption Center does not permit the return of or offer refunds for products that have been used, damaged or modified, once in your possession, due to misuse or improper care and packaging. Product Warranty issues are handled separately.

 

NOTE: The Graco Redemption Center recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to the Graco Redemption Center or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.


PROOF OF PURCHASE

The Graco Redemption Center will send you a confirmation of your order via email. You will also receive a summary of your selected items with your order when it ships.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Card

For priced items, you must pay by credit card. At the time your order is placed, the Graco Redemption Center obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs on or about when your order ships.

 

The Graco Redemption Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

 

SALES TAX

Orders for priced items that ship to destinations in Minnesota will subject to prevailing sales tax rates in that state.

Note: Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

 

PRICES

Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges.  Pricing is independent from any other Graco product discount structure that might exist.  Graco reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Graco Redemption Center at any time.
